The aim of Bootcamp is to get you from A to B; from where you are NOW to a healthier, stronger, fitter version of yourself. By committing to a 6-week Bootcamp programme, you are making yourself a promise to achieve your goals.

  • Yes! Our Bootcamp programmes are suitable for those who haven’t exercised in a while. Our instructors will give you plenty of options for exercises.

  • We use a range of equipment on our Bootcamp programmes:

    • Kettlebells

    • Battle Ropes

    • Slam Balls

    • Power Bags

  • We like to use a variety of exercises during Bootcamp and aim to keep each session varied and fun!

    You can expect to do a range of body weight exercises, such as press ups, squats, crunches and lunges as well as a variety of exercises with the equipment too.

    We use lots of team work games and will give you a ‘training buddy’ each session to stick with.

    You’ll never be ‘left behind’ as we create workouts which are challenging but allow you to work at your own pace.
